Yes the TV light can affect baby sleep.

When a baby is exposed to TV light before bed the baby can have a hard time getting to sleep so make sure you turn off the TV about 1 hour before the bedtime of the baby.

Even for adults watching TV too close to bedtime can affect the adults sleep and make it difficult for adults to sleep just like the TV light can make it difficult for the baby or even kid, teen etc to get to sleep.

So make sure to turn off the TV within 1 hour of bedtime for the baby and for yourself, your older kids etc.

Even having a TV on while your baby is trying to sleep in the same room as the TV can make it difficult for the baby to sleep.

The TV light can keep the baby awake and make it hard for them to fall asleep.
