To lure a mouse out of hiding you need to use some foods such as cheese, fruits and even some meats such as some lunch meat, bacon etc.
Put some type of food that has some smell to it on some mouse traps around your home where you notice the mice or mouse hanging out.
If you notice a hole where the mouse or mice are hiding and coming through you should place mice traps near the hole and bait them with some food such as the cheese etc.
That will draw the mouse or mice out of the hole and bring them out of hiding and then they will be trapped in the mouse trap.
You could also place some food such as the cheese, bacon, lunch meat etc on some sticky mouse traps and they will get stuck on the mouse traps when trying to eat the food.
When you notice a mice or mouse nest in the house there are usually between 1 dozen to 2 dozen mice in each nest.
So you could have 12 mice to as much as 24 mice in the house if you notice one mouse or mice nest.
However there could be more mice that you may not notice.
If you have some mice in your house you should put out some mouse poison or mice traps to kill the mice before they get more infested.
If you leave the mouse infestation after seeing one mice then you could have more mice being birthed into the house.
So you should stop the mouse problem as soon as possible.
