Yes it's OK to wear your wedding ring on your right hand if you prefer to wear the wedding ring on your right hand.
A wedding ring is most commonly worn on the left hand for most married couples.
However there's no legal requirement that says you have to wear your wedding ring on your left hand.
So if you prefer to wear your wedding ring on your right hand instead of your left hand you can do so.
I mostly wear my wedding ring on my left hand finger but sometimes I will move the wedding right to my right hand finger.
You can do what you want with your wedding ring and even if you decide not to wear your wedding ring for awhile it doesn't mean you are not married.
You're married regardless of the wedding ring.
So wear the wedding ring on whatever hand or finger you're comfortable with.
