When you start wearing hearing aids to help you hear the hearing aids themselves should begin working immediately.
As soon as you place the hearing aids in your ears and turn them on the hearing aids should work right away and you should be able to hear with them.
However it may take up to 6 weeks to get used to the hearing aids and you may need to perform adjustments on the hearing aids.
If you have trouble adjusting the hearing aids to your needs then have a doctor to the adjusting for you.
The doctor can help you get the hearing aids adjusted to where they are allowing you to hear properly with them.
