When someone has a massive heart attack the massive heart attack is a heart attack that affects a large portion of the heart.

The massive heart attack usually damages the hearts muscles and you're more likely to die when you have a heart attack than you would if you had a regular heart attack.

All heart attacks are bad but when someone has a massive heart attack the persons heart is usually damaged as a result of the massive heart attack.

If a person survives the massive heart attack then they may likely need a pace maker to continue to live.

However there have been some other people that have had massive heart attacks and go on to live a good long life even without a pace maker.

The massive heart attack is a more severe heart attack than a normal regular heart attack although both a regular heart attack and massive heart attack can kill you.
