Will aspirin stop a heart attack?

Yes aspirin can stop a heart attack if taken soon enough.

To stop a heart attack with aspirin take the aspirin by chewing it or crushing the aspirin up and then swallow the chewed up or crushed aspirin.

Call 911 while you're doing that because you still should get an ambulance on the way if you think you're having a heart attack.

But the aspirin can help.

Aspirin stopped my dad from having a heart attack a few years ago.

So it does work but you still should call 911 to be safe.
