Taking ibuprofen with sertraline is not recommended.

When you take ibuprofen with sertraline you increase your risk of bleeding internally especially if you already have thin blood.

If you do take ibuprofen with sertraline and are elderly or have other health issues such as having kidney or liver disease then you have an increased risk of complications.

When taking sertraline the sertraline can stay in your system for as long as 5 to 6 days before the sertraline fully leaves your body.

The sertraline has a half life of 26 hours which means that the sertraline reaches half of it's total concentration in a little over a day.

But the sertraline can take almost a week to fully leave your system as long as you do not take anymore of the sertraline.

Taking sertraline can also make you sleepy.

A few side effects of taking sertraline can be tiredness and fatigue so it's normal for some people to become sleepy when taking sertraline.

So if you take sertraline you should be careful when driving or operating any machinery.

When taking sertraline for anxiety or depression it can take between 1 to 2 weeks for the Sertraline to work for anxiety and depression after taking it.

The Sertraline usually works on depression and anxiety within the first two weeks of treatment, and the improvement continues over the following few weeks.

However for full effects it can take up to 4 weeks to see the full effects of the sertraline to take affect but you should notice results within a few weeks of taking it.

If you don't notice any results or much results after 4 weeks of taking the sertraline then speak with your doctor because they may need to up your dosage.

But don't simply up your dosage of the Sertraline until you speak with your doctor first.
