Yes vinegar can remove most stains from clothes.

To remove stains from clothes with vinegar take some vinegar and spray it on or pour it on the stain on the clothes.

Saturate the stain with vinegar and allow it to sit for a few minutes and then rub the stain with some baking soda and vinegar paste.

Then add some laundry detergent to a bucket of water and soak the clothes in the bucket of water and laundry detergent.

Then after soaking the clothes rub the clothes together and the stain should come out completely.

If it doesn't then repeat the above steps and then wash the clothes in the washing machine.

Some stains may need the use of some stain remover to get the stains out.
