To remove dried blood from clothing you should scrape most of the dried blood off the clothes or other laundry.
Then get the laundry or clothing with the dried blood damp with some cool water.
After doing that take the clothing or other laundry with the dried blood on it and soak it in some water with some bleach free laundry detergent for at least 10 minutes.
Then wash the laundry as normal.
The dried blood stain should come out of the laundry when doing the above.
If not you may need to use some hair spray on the dried blood stain or even some acetone based nail polish remover.
Then blot the dried blood stain out.
Then wash the laundry as normal.
