Will you lose weight if you stop eating carbs?

Yes you certainly can lose weight when you stop eating carbs.

When you stop eating carbs then your appetite becomes less and less and when your appetite becomes less and less you want to eat less.

Then when you eat less your body starts burning the fat inside your body for energy.

When your body burns the fat inside your body for energy then you lose weight because you're losing that fat.

Even when you stop eating carbs you need to watch your calorie intake as well when eating.

You still need to eat something even when you stop eating carbs.

Also exercise and stay active to help you lose weight even faster and then you should be able to lose between 50 lbs to 100 lbs in a year.
