Yes Sonata is a good sleeping pill.

The Sonata Sleeping pill is a sedative, also called a hypnotic and works by affecting the chemicals in your brain that may be unbalanced in people with with Insomnia.

When I take Sonata for sleeping I'm usually asleep within about 15 minutes of taking it.

So take the Sonata when you're fixing to go to bed.

The Sonata sleeping pill also helps you relax so that you can easily fall asleep.

If you have trouble swallowing pills you can break open the Sonata Sleeping pill and mix it with some tea, water, juice etc.

You'll need a prescription from our doctor to get Sonata sleeping pills but if the over the counter sleeping pills are not working properly for you than you may need to try getting Sonata.
