Most ride on mowers weigh between 400 lbs to as much as 1,000 lbs and some larger commercial type ride on mowers may weigh as much as 2,000 lbs.
But for the average residential ride on mower it weighs around 400 to 500 lbs at most.
I've never weight my ride on lawn mower before but it likely weighs at least 500 lbs.
The lighter weight mowers that you buy for residential use are usually in the 300 to 500 lb range but if you go for the larger commercial type Zero turn riding mowers then they may weigh up to 1,000 lbs to as much as 2,000 lbs.
But most of the ride on lawn mowers are less than 1,000 lbs in weight.
A good small size trailer and a car could easily tow a residential ride on mower.
