The length of time that it takes for gout to go away can vary.

However most gout attacks usually go away within 7 to 14 days on their own even without any medical treatment.

A gout attack will reach it's peak in about 12 to 24 hours of onset and then slowly the gout attack will go away within the 7 to 14 days.

You can also drink some tart cherry juice to help with gout.

Tart cherry juice is a great natural healthy drink that helps get rid of gout and also helps to manage gout as well.

My father has gout and he drinks some tart cherry juice and it helps it go away within a few days sooner than it would without drinking tart cherry juice.
