Sneezing can be a sign of a cold virus but not always.
Just because you sneeze doesn't mean you have a cold virus but if it's cold and flu season and you're not allergic to other things then you may be getting a cold virus.
Sneezing can also occur because of dust in the air, pollen and other allergens.
However during cold and flu season it's normal to sneeze a lot when you do have a cold.
It's best to blow your nose often and let those sneezes out into a tissue to get rid of the germs and bacteria.
I sneeze a lot just before a cold virus hits me and also during the cold virus especially when the cold virus is leaving my body.
