Yes nosebleeds can be a sign of cancer.

Especially if you are suddenly experiencing frequent nosebleeds those sudden and frequent nosebleeds can be a sign of cancer known as leukemia cancer.

So always get checked out to be sure especially if the nosebleeds continue and are really frequent.

Nosebleeds in most cases are not serious and can be caused by injury to the nose, dry air, cracked blood vessels in your nose etc.

Blood clotting is also another cause of nosebleeds but if the nosebleeds continue and are really frequent or you cannot seem to get the nosebleed to stop on it's own after a day or so then see a doctor to be sure it's nothing serious.

Nosebleeds are rarely serious but sometimes nosebleeds can be a sign of cancer if the nosebleeds occur too often.

But most nosebleeds are just because of either picking your nose, dry air cracking the tiny blood vessels and even allergies and other irritants may lead to nosebleeds.

Usually pinching your nose for a few minutes and tilting your head back will stop the nosebleeds.

In rare cases nosebleeds can be a sign of cancer such as nose cancer.

So if the nosebleeds last longer than a few weeks or don't clear up or happen too often you should see a doctor.

But most cases of nosebleeds are not serious.

Dry air, colds etc can all cause nosebleeds as well.
