Yes you can put a little hand sanitizer on your phone to kill germs, viruses and bacteria.
Just put a little hand sanitizer on the phone and then use a microfiber cloth to wipe it around on the phone.
I would test just a small amount on a corner of the screen to make sure it's not gonna hurt your particular screen.
However I've had no issue with the hand sanitizer hurting my phone screen but just be careful.
You can also wipe the phone down with some soap and water with a microfiber cloth or use some Clorox Disinfecting Wipes.
