Is going camping good for your mental health and stress?

When you're stressed out and are suffering from stress and anxiety or just stress or anxiety can going camping help get rid of that stress and anxiety?

Yes going camping is a great stress reliever and helps to clear your mind and helps you relax.

I try to go camping at least every weekend.

Usually if possible I head out camping in my travel trailer Friday evening and go to a campground locally.

Then when I have more time off from work I try to go out of state and stay camping for a week or even a month at a time when I have time.

It really helps to just get away and see some new scenery which helps clear your mind.

I love going camping and when I retire I want to actually sell my house and move into my camper trailer full time and travel around all the states.

It gets so boring just staying here in the same place for too long.

Nature is the best therapy for mental health and anxiety and just seeing new sights can help get you out of being stressed.

If you've never gone camping I highly suggest you do so.

There are several state parks in different states that you can go camping in.

I think that going camping is a good way to clear your mind and also to get new emotions. I also suggest better me article about health ( you can read more here ). There are a lot of different healthy tips, interesting diets and workout ideas.

Yes going camping is a wonderful way to relieve stress and anxiety.

I try to go camping every summer or spring when I have some time off from work.

Going camping even for a few days in a tent or camper is a wonderful way to help with stress and anxiety and helps to refresh your mind.

I feel much better and ready to go back to work within a few days and I feel more motivated.
