Yes it's good for you to fart.
When you need to fart it's because your body is wanting to get rid of waste gas that needs to be released for your body to stay healthy.
Holding in your farts is not healthy and can cause bloating and other intestinal issues.
If you need to fart you should do so.
Everyone farts and I know it can be embarrassing but everyone does it.
We all usually get embarrassed about farting even when some people do not admit it.
