Most food containers and Tupperware that are made and sold now are BPA Free and are not harmful to put food in or cook in.
If the Tupperware food container or other food container, bottle etc has no BPA then it will usually state on the bottom of the Tupperware or other container that it's BPA free.
The Tupperware I have is BPA Free.
Older Tupperware may still contain BPA so if you buy older Tupperware at a yard sale, thrift store etc then it may contain BPA.
However those BPA laced food containers have been used for many years without making people sick so I personally would not worry to much about it.
