Yes crying can be a symptom of anxiety.

Some people who suffer from anxiety tend to cry more often than those people who do not have anxiety.

Just crying though when it's not a lot of crying may not be a sign that you have anxiety but if you're uncomfortable around a lot of people or have trouble talking on the phone etc then you may have anxiety.

I have some anxiety and yes I do sometimes cry a lot especially when my anxiety does get worse at times.

My anxiety is not as bad as it used to be but I do sometimes still cry at times because of my anxiety.

My therapist said that crying can be a symptom of anxiety and it's normal.

Sometimes crying is helpful for me and other people when they are suffering from anxiety.
