Should back pain be iced or heated?
I've had back pain for over a month now and I've tried taking aspirin but it doesn't seem to help my back pain go away.
Should I try putting some ice or heat on my back to make the back pain go away?

Heat would be better to help rid yourself of your back pain.
I would get an electric heating pad and lay it under your back on your couch or bed or wherever you relax at.
The heat from the heating pad will help the back pain go away.
