If you have incontinence that is related to some disease and the doctor says you need the adult diapers then you can usually write the cost of the adult diapers off your taxes.

Not all cases of incontinence allow you to write off adult diapers on your taxes but some forms of urinary and bowel incontinence do allow you to write off the adult diaper cost on your taxes.

You would need to show a tax preparer that you need adult diapers or someone in your house needs adult diapers for incontinence and they can tell you whether or not you can for sure write the adult diapers off on your taxes.

Adult diapers should only cost you at most $100.00 to $150.00 per month which although not cheap it's not that expensive either.

For me I would rather just pay for the adult diapers out of pocket and leave it off my taxes.

But it's up to you and you can also sometimes get health insurance to pay for adult diapers when they are medically needed.
