Depends adult diapers are not usually covered by Medicare unless the patient with incontinence is living in a nursing home.
For patients living outside the nursing home Medicare usually does not cover the cost of adult diapers and if they do then they will choose what brand of adult diapers they will pay for.
I can't remember which insurance company my Grandma had but they paid for adult diapers but they were so flimsy and not very absorbent and they leaked on her.
They would not pay for depends or more absorbent and more comfortable adult diapers for her.

But if you cannot afford the cost of adult diapers yourself and you or someone needs them then if the doctor can prescribe and say you need the adult diapers then some health insurance may pay for them.
