Yes your head does grow some during puberty.

The head doesn't grow a whole lot during puberty but your head will grow some.

You might not notice much of a change in your head growing during the puberty but it does grow at least some during puberty.

Your head will continue to grow slowly until you're at least 21 years old and then it might grow slightly more but not much after that.

Your head is growing slowly but constantly from birth until adulthood.

But you usually do not notice for at least a year or two especially in the toddler and childhood years.

Your face is also changing shape and looks and you'll look different from baby, toddler, child, little kid, pre teen, teenager and then adult.

Your looks will change a lot but some people may have what they call a baby face for awhile.
