The age at which peoples skin loses elasticity varies but for most people the skin loses elasticity by age 30 to 40 years old.

You can help keep your skin from losing too much elasticity by eating a diet high in antioxidants, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids, and lycopene.

It's very normal for our skin to lose elasticity as we age and there's not much we can do about it other than the above.

Saggy skin is also normal as we age and is why we get wrinkles.

You can use some skin firming cream to help keep your skin looking young and prevent the skin from wrinkling as much.

Some other things that can help naturally with saggy skin and wrinkled skin is to massage some olive oil, coconut oil, Witch Hazel and even some Aloe Vera Gel into the saggy skin and overtime the skin should tighten up.

Even just massaging the skin along with adding those above things can help tighten up saggy skin.
