Yes from some locations on earth the Hubble is visible from earth through the naked eye without the need for a telescope.

In some areas you may need a good telescope to see the Hubble from earth.

As of now the Hubble has been in orbit in space for 30 years as the Hubble was launched on April 24th 1990.

So it will be in space for 30 years on the 24th of April.

Hubble is best seen from areas of the Earth that are between the latitudes of 28.5 degrees north and 28.5 degrees south. This is because Hubble's orbit is inclined to the equator at 28.5 degrees.

This inclination matches the latitude of Hubble's launch site - Cape Canaveral, Florida – and was the easiest and most economical orbit to establish.
