If you get infected with tetanus then you can die within a few weeks to a month or two after the onset of the tetanus.

Tetanus can take between 3 to 21 days to show symptoms so it's important to get your tetanus shot soon after you get a cut or puncture wound from rusty or dirty metal.

The tetanus leads to hard and difficulty breathing which is then deadly if not treated.

The Tetanus infection is caused by an infection with the bacterium Clostridium tetani, which is commonly found in soil, saliva, dust, and manure.

In rare cases you could get infected with tetanus even with a vaccine.

But as long as you've had a tetanus shot vaccine within 10 years then you are usually pretty safe from getting tetanus.

Tetanus is very deadly if not treated and is caused by bacteria that is in soil or on things such as metal, nails etc.

So if you haven't had a tetanus shot and it's been longer than 10 years then you need a tetanus shot to be safe.

The time it takes for the side effects of a tetanus shot to go away can vary from person to person.

However most side effects after tetanus shots go away within a few days to a week or two.

The most common side effect of a tetanus shot injection is pain at the injection site or in the arm where the tetanus shot was given.

When I had a tetanus shot the pain lasted awhile but it did eventually go away.

Having some pain in your arm after you have a tetanus shot is normal and the arm will hurt for a few days to as long as 4 weeks in some cases.

After a few weeks though the pain should not be as bad and if it is or the pain gets worse then see a doctor about it.

The pain should not last longer than a month but sometimes people have reported that they had pain in their arm for as long as 3 months after the tetanus shot.

The last time I had a tetanus shot which was around 5 years ago now the pain in my arm lasted for 2 weeks before it went away.

So you might have the pain for a few weeks and then again you might have it longer.
