Can you catch up on sleep?

You can eventually catch up on sleep and recoup that lost sleep overtime if you sleep in more and take naps through the day.

Although according to Harvard Medical School a study found that it's not that easy.

But you can indeed catch up on some lost sleep.

If you're not getting enough sleep at night or going a few nights or so without sleep then you do need to sleep the next day or sleep more when you can to get that sleep back.

Sleep is very important to our health and helps repair our brains and makes us function properly through the day.

I've lost sleep due to insomnia and when I could get the sleep I would sleep as much the next day as I could.

I felt much better afterwards and could then function properly the next few days when I did get the proper amount of sleep.

So if you're having trouble sleeping try some sleeping pills or melatonin or even Nyquil and get some sleep because we all need it.

I even took some Nyquil in the daytime when I needed to sleep and it had me asleep within 10 minutes and I slept another 5 hours and I was refreshed and ready for the next day.
