Yes a CT scan tell if a lung nodule is cancerous or not.

Most lung nodules are non cancerous but a small percentage of the lung nodules can be cancerous and a CT scan is a good way to detect if the lung nodule is cancerous or not cancerous.

Hopefully the CT scan will show that the lung nodule is non cancerous.

When a lung nodule is cancerous the lung nodule will show up on the CT scan as round, white shadows on a chest X-ray or computerized tomography which is also known as a CT scan.

If the lung nodule is cancerous it can usually be treated and cured.

Lung nodules are small masses of tissue in the lung.
