Are blood sugar spikes normal?
Is it normal to have a spike in blood sugar?

It's normal for small spikes in your blood sugar levels to happen after eating. But if you get any large spikes in blood sugar levels then I'd see a doctor about it since that's not normal.
But small spikes are okay and normal after eating food.
