When you have poop coming out of your anus after you wipe and it continues coming out then that is known as anal leakage.
Anal leakage means that you have the loss of control of the anal sphincters which holds back the poop.
So you're becoming bowel incontinent and may need surgery to stop the bowel incontinence.
If you're having anal leakage then I would recommend seeing a doctor and for now wear some adult diapers to prevent your pants and normal underwear from becoming stained and having to deal with poop running down your legs.
The adult diapers will contain the anal leakage while you see a doctor about treatment.
If the poop stops coming out then it might just be a temporary condition but if the poop continues coming out then it's anal seepage or anal leakage which needs a doctor to see.
