Yes water flossers do remove plaque from your teeth.
I read before that dental researchers did tests and found that after someone used the water flosser that 99.9 percent of plaque was removed from the teeth.
So yes water flossers are good at removing plaque from teeth and for helping to remove food particles from the teeth and help keep them clean and healthy.
It's also a good idea to use regular string floss as well to help keep your teeth clean although a water flosser is also good.
But I use both a water flosser and the regular string floss because sometimes the string floss removes a few more food particles that are sometimes leftover from the water flossing.
The water flosser does a good job but the string floss is still sometimes needed.
