Do you change wet diapers at night?

Can a baby sleep through the night in a wet diaper or should you change your babies wet diaper at night?

Most babies and certainly newborn babies will wake you up by crying to let you know the diaper needs changing.

I wouldn't want to let my baby sleep in a wet diaper but that's just me. The baby would probably be fine but I wouldn't want to sleep in my urine either so I'd change the wet diaper at night.
