For some people who have a light condition of overactive bladder the overactive bladder may go away on it's own.

However not all cases of overactive bladder will go away on their own especially if the over active bladder is more severe.

Overactive bladder is a chronic condition that means that symptoms and the condition can improve and your overactive bladder may get less severe as time goes on as long as you do things such as Kegal Exercises, take medications etc.

Treatment for overactive bladder can help but there's no cure for the overactive bladder unless you have surgery which should be a very last resort.

If you're leaking urine when you have an overactive bladder then I would recommend wearing adult pull ups, adult incontinent pads or even adult diapers.

If your overactive bladder causes more severe urine leakage then regular adult tape on adult diapers would be best.

Personally I would rather wear the adult diapers than take medications that could cause other health issues.
