The time of day that your blood pressure is naturally at it's highest is in the middle of the afternoon.

In the middle of the afternoon your blood pressure is at it's peak and then at night your blood pressure naturally falls to help prepare your body for sleep.

During the night your blood pressure naturally falls to help you sleep and falls a bit more while you're sleeping.

Then in the morning as you wake up your blood pressure starts rising again to help you wake up and start the day.

Then your blood pressure continues to rise until around the middle of the afternoon and then again towards the end of the day your blood pressure drops again.

The best time of day to take your blood pressure is in the middle of the day or middle of the afternoon so that you get a more accurate reading.

Normal blood pressure readings are usually 120 over 80 but can sometimes be a bit higher or lower.

Some peoples blood pressure is normal at 135 over 85 while for some that may be high.

But usually as long as your blood pressure is not over 140 over 90 or so then your blood pressure reading is usually okay.
