Yes cold weather can affect your tire pressure which can affect your tire pressure sensors.

During cold weather your tires may actually be lower in pressure so your tire pressure sensors will sometimes read low when you're driving in cold weather.

So when that happens you may need to add some more air to your tires during the cold weather.

Cold weather can actually remove some air from vehicle tires so your tires may go low overnight or when driving in the cold weather.

It's normal for tires to lose air pressure during cold weather and it's because of the dropping temperatures, which cause the air to become denser and consequently lower your tires air pressure.

That is a normal thing and you just need to keep a check on your tire pressure and more often during cold weather.
