What office chair is best for someone who suffers from back pain?

I work in an office and the chair I use hurts my back even worse. I suffer from lower back pain and my boss said that he'd buy me another chair once I can find one that is good for someone with back pain.

What's the best office chair that is comfortable for someone with back pain?

When sitting at my desk at home I use an office chair that has both a mesh back and a mesh seat to it.

The office chairs with mesh back and seat are more comfortable I don't seem to get back pain sitting in these types of office chairs.
