But just lowering your portions of your meals isn't really enough to lose weight on it's own. You need to also get out and exercise along with your diet.

If it's too cold outside you can pedal an exercise bike or run on a treadmill. When running on a treadmill or exercise bike you should exercise enough on them to where you're sweating.
