Yes Numbness in your feet can sometimes be a sign of diabetes.

When someone is diabetic they may suffer from numbness in their feet so if you continue to experience numbness in your feet often then see a doctor and let them know.

The doctor can test you for diabetes.

Sometimes you might be in the early stages of diabetes while other times you might already have diabetes and may be unaware of it.

The numbness from diabetes will come and go as well and it's known as neuropathy.

The numbness in your feet which is usually a sign of diabetes is caused neuropathy or nerve damage and it's also one of the most common long term complications of type 2 diabetes.

However sometimes if you get numbness in your feet that doesn't happen often it could be caused by a pinched nerve in your foot.
