Most cases of abdominal pain are nothing serious and nothing to worry about as long as the abdominal pain doesn't get worse or it goes away within 1 to 2 days.

If the abdominal pain lasts longer than 2 days or the abdominal pain gets worse then seek medical attention.

Also if the abdominal pain is accompanied by other symptoms such as chest pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain.

Or when you're experiencing abdominal pain and you're also vomiting blood, have bloody diarrhea, or have black, tarry stools (melena).

Those things need medical attention if you experience any of those other symptoms along with the abdominal pain.

If you think the abdominal pain is getting worse or caused by something more serious and it just doesn't feel right then go to a walk in clinic or urgent care or the emergency room.

In more serious cases of abdominal pain then call 911 if needed.

Pain is an important symptom and should not be joked with it. Abdominal pain can be of various etiologies. If this is slight indigestion, then I recommend this medicine here - https://greenshoppers.co.uk/blog/1000mg-cbd-oil-uk/  It soothes the pain. But if the pain appeared after a blow or bruise, then you need to urgently call a doctor. Internal bleeding can be fatal.
