Unlike a motorhome where passengers can ride in it while on the road the passengers cannot legally ride in a fifth wheel travel trailer.

It can be more dangerous for any passengers to ride in a fifth wheel travel trailer because it could come unhooked from the tow vehicle or it could flip over.

The fifth wheel travel trailer has no seat belts either which makes it unsafe for passengers to ride in the fifth wheel because if you had to suddenly stop the vehicle then the passengers could go flying around inside the fifth wheel and get injured or killed.

All passengers should and have to ride inside the tow vehicle that is towing the fifth wheel travel trailer.

It's unlikely that anyone would know that passengers were in the travel trailer but it's still not safe.
