If you live in a place and hate where you live then the best thing you can do is to move out of that place if possible.
If you can move out of the city or town you're living in now and you hate the town or city you live in then I would suggest looking for another place to move too.
However even if you move to a new town or city the place may not be as great either so you might decide to move again.
If you cannot move then there's not much you can do but if you hate the place because people in the town or city are not treating you right then just do your best to ignore those people.
You can still try working on moving when possible.
Also try getting out more often and go into different towns just to get away.
I lived in a place I hated and luckily I had a job to go to everyday or nearly everyday which got me out of the town and away from the bad people.
