Feeling tired and having no energy during the day could mean that you're not getting enough sleep during the night.

Even though you go to bed and stay in bed with your eyes closed you may not be sleeping all the way through the night.

So if you wake up tired and with no energy then you may need to sleep a bit longer or try some sleeping medicine or melatonin pills to help you sleep better.

If you're getting enough sleep at night and are still feeling tired in the day then you could have anemia which makes you tired and fatigued through the day.

The anemia means you have low iron content in your body so you should see a doctor about it because the anemia can lead to kidney failure if left untreated.

However kidney disease can also cause anemia.

So I would recommend getting tested for kidney problems as well as anemia.
