When you suffer from low blood sugar and suddenly experience a drop in blood sugar and you experience a sugar crash the sugar crash can cause things such as dizziness, headache, fatigue, irritability, increased heart rate, anxiety.

This is known as hypoglycemia which is very dangerous and if you can't get your blood sugar level up you need to get to the hospital or call 911.

Because when your blood sugar is dropped too much it can lead to organ failure and other serious health issues.

When your blood sugar is too high you can usually get headaches, Feel Fatigued and sometimes even feel dizzy.

I suffer from high blood sugar myself and when my blood sugar gets too high then I start feeling tired, get headaches and then eventually I begin to get dizzy if I'm standing up.

I know that when I begin getting tired or dizzy that my blood sugar is probably too high and it's time to test the blood sugar levels.

When high blood sugar is left to get high and not treated then the high blood sugar levels can lead to serious health issues.

So if you cannot get your blood sugar down or you start feeling dizzy and are worried then call 911 to get medical help.

High Blood Sugar and Hypoglycemia can cause damage to your blood vessels as well as other vital organs in your body which can then eventually lead to death.

A blood sugar crash will cause you to feel shaky, trembles, hungry and sweaty.

In more severe cases of a blood sugar crash you might also feel confused and even have difficulty concentrating and in very severe cases of a blood sugar crash you can experience hypoglycemia and lose consciousness.
