Total wireless is the same company as Tracfone and both Tracfone and Totalwireless run on different cell phone towers depending on what brand and type of cell phone you have.
They could run on ATT towers, sprint towers, Alltell Towers or even Verizon towers.
You'd have to ask customer service of the company what towers a certain brand of phone runs on.
