There are several birds that get killed by planes throughout the World.
It's estimated that there are between 10,000 to 15,000 birds that get killed by airplanes every year but the amount of birds that get hit by planes every year can change from year to year.
In the year 2014 alone there were around 13,159 birds struck and killed by planes which was counted by the Federal Aviation Administration.
There have been other birds that got hit by airplanes and still survived but most of the birds that do get hit by airplanes do die either right away or eventually later when they land or they may die in the air.
Some other birds get hit by planes and survive and those may not even be counted especially if it's hit by a private plane.
Having a bird cause any issues with an airplane is very rare though so there's not much to worry about there.
