4 almost 5 year old still wearing diapers full time?

I have a 4 almost 5 year old kid in my daycare who won't potty train at all.

I've discussed it with his mother but she says that he'll go in the potty and stop wearing diapers on his own time when he's ready.

He will in time decide that he wants to use the potty. I wouldn't worry about it. If you feel uncomfortable changing his diapers then you might want to have his mother find him another daycare.

Otherwise just leave it up to his mother to potty train him.

Although you could try and introduce him to the toilet if you want.

He will eventually use the toilet.
