The type of fat which is monounsaturated fats is a healthier fat for your body.

And when you eat enough of the monounsaturated fats you can lower your cholesterol levels and when you keep your cholesterol levels lowered you reduce your risk of heart disease, heart attacks and strokes.

However eating too much monounsaturated fats can cause weight gain which can then lead to heart disease, heart attacks, strokes etc.

So just make sure you do not eat too much monounsaturated fats and you'll stay healthy.

Of course you must also heat other healthy foods as well as stay active and get plenty of exercise such as walking places where you can or riding a bicycle etc.
