When your baby boy begins peeing out of his diaper it could mean that the diaper is too small and you need to go up to a bigger diaper size.

The bigger diaper size will absorb more urine so that the baby does not pee out of the diaper.

Also if your baby is still peeing out of diapers make sure to point his penis down into the diaper especially at night when they are laying down.

When the baby is laying down and the boys penis is pointing up the pee can go onto the babies stomach and leak out the front and sides of the diaper.

It's best to use some premium brand name diapers especially at night such as Pampers, Huggies, Luvs etc.

The cheaper diapers are sometimes not really saving money as you may need to change them more often.

So try a new brand of diaper that is more absorbent if the baby is still peeing out of the diaper.

Or take one diaper and cut a few slits into the first diaper and then put the diaper on the baby and then put another diaper over the first diaper.

That helps to increase the absorbency and can sometimes help with the leaky diapers.

Or get some plastic pants to put over the disposable diaper to keep them from getting pee on their paints or clothes from the disposable diaper when it leaks.
