When you do oil pulling it can take a month or two to get the full results from oil pulling.
When oil pulling do the oil pulling for 5 minutes at least once per day to help kill and remove bacteria from your mouth and between your teeth.
The longer you do oil pulling through your teeth the more bacteria you will remove from your teeth so if you can do oil pulling longer than 5 minutes then that would be even better.
Or do 5 minutes of oil pulling and then spit the oil out into the toilet and then a few minutes later do another 5 minutes of oil pulling.
It's best to use extra virgin olive oil when oil pulling to get the best results.
Then also brush your teeth to remove the leftover oil from your teeth and also flush to get any potential food particles out of between your teeth.
